There are no real 'rules' concerning your approval on the list; the two only requirements are, first, if you take an image code from this site, please, please, upload it on your own server. Direct-links are not allowed. Then, join with valid names, sites and emails... I usually approve every sites, unless if they contain adult-related stuff or nasty forums(...)
